Computer Engineering Positions for
Fall 2010
The Computer Engineering
Program at the Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus is
seeking applicants for faculty positions at all ranks. New Ph.D.’s and
experienced academics with a view to take up permanent position as well as
visiting scholars are welcome.

The Department’s current research
strengths are in Human/Computer Interactions, Software Engineering, Service-Oriented Computing, Artificial Intelligence
and Medical Informatics. We are particularly interested in applicants with
interests in Theory/Formal Methods, Networking/(Mobile) Communications/Security
and (Embedded) Systems/Hardware, but we welcome and encourage applications from
all qualified candidates whose background complements our existing strengths.
We also welcome applications from candidates with interests in
interdisciplinary research.
The positions are full-time and will be available
from September 2010, or such other date that is mutually agreed.
METU NCC is committed to a
high quality research and teaching tradition. Normal teaching load at METU NCC
is 3 courses (equivalent of 9 hours) per semester. METU NCC provides
